Little place overall, it is clean, location is reasonable 300m to shopping mall. I truly enjoyed really helpful personnel that ensures guests have a fine stay. The rooftop bar makes the excellent drinks...

The location here is fantastic, easy to reach the city center, and it's great to be within a short walk of Smak Ceske Kuchyne where we had a delicious meal.

Breakfast choice and taste. Hotel staff was very kind. Parking possibilities in the surrounding area are great, I originally wanted to use the hotel parking, but decided to simply park very near to hotel for free. Hotel location and accessibility to metro station Prazskeho povstani, just one block away, however this station is not accessible for strollers, i.e. no lifts available. But this is quite usual in Prague metro, strollers need to travel on escalators, which is quite scary sometimes.
Reception floor is elevated and there's a need to carry the strollers and baggage up a few stairs. No porter was there to help.

Hotel is near Arkad shopping mall (about 100m away). You can take metro line red at Arkad and get to the center for about 10min or get tram 18 and have city cruise. You have 10min walk to Vysehrad hill and half hour to the center after hill. Breakfast was very good. Clean, spacious rooms without shampoo in bathroom. You get 22 czk for 1 euro at hotel reception.
No shampoo in bathroom. A Little bit noisy when you open window.

The staff was very helpful, and no problems with English. The room was very clean and pretty large. The location is a bit far from the main center but a tram station is only 25 meters away from the hotel and takes you anywhere you want. Basically, I would recommend this hotel to my friend.

Very clean Friendly staff Close to station
As its very hot now at start of October and hotel doesn't have a/C. If you keep window open, lot of noise throughout night due to traffice. As its on main road. May be this problem may not occure in cold seasons.
